Building the church takes on a literal view as the Mission Building Team goes to work. Across the country, our Church Building team has been using their energy, skills, and dedication to build churches.

Usually starting from a slab of concrete, this team of 30-40 volunteers spend a week to 10 days erecting walls, putting on the roof, installing windows and doors, putting up drywall, running plumbing and electrical to put a church well on the way to completion.

This year the team will be in Maysville, Missouri at the First Baptist Church working on a new Worship Center. The mission trip will be August 3 through 9. Over the years, this team has built churches in: San Lous, Arizona Stafford Arizona Phoenix, Arizona Kennewick, Washington Iowa City, Iowa Savanna, Georgia Sherman, Illinois Bolingbrook, Illinois Cheyenne Wyoming St. Ann, Missouri Mahomet, Illinois Remodeled our own Worship Center Reedsburg, Wisconsin

While some of the team are construction workers, by trade, most are just regular folk who have listened to God asking them to be available for this ministry. Those who have participated on these building trips say that it is not only a joy to see a new church building take shape, but a wonderful time of spiritual growth.
